INSURANCE
As a general policy, we do not accept insurance assignments. However, you may be able to submit your own bill to your insurance company for reimbursement.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS
All counselees are seen on an appointment basis. Telephone the office in advance to schedule an appointment time. If an appointment cannot be kept, a 24 hour cancellation notice must be given otherwise you will be charged the session rate for the missed appointment time. Please note that if your appointment time is on Monday, a 48 hour cancellation notice must be given. This courtesy makes it possible to give an appointment to another counselee.

PREPARATION FOR THE SESSION
Each normally scheduled session is 45-50 minutes long. Please make every effort to be on time for your session so that we might maximize the use of the time. The 10-15 time between sessions enables the counselor to finish their paperwork from your session and then to prepare for their next counselee. Also, please complete filling out your check for payment prior to beginning the session. This will also enable us to use all of the available time for our counseling work.
